Crafted from 100% Pecorino grapes, this white wine honours the rich heritage and authentic character of southern Abruzzo, offering a vibrant and elegant tasting experience.

• Harvest Period: End of September to early October, at full phenolic ripeness

• Vinification Process:

  • Gentle destemming and soft pressing

  • Fermentation at 16–18°C in stainless steel to preserve primary aromas

  • Brief aging on fine lees for added complexity

• Refinement & Storage:

  • Bottle refinement for 1–2 months prior to release

  • Store in a cool environment at 10–12°C

• Colour: Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights

• Bouquet: Intense and layered, with notes of white peach, citrus, white flowers, aromatic herbs, and minerality

• Taste: Fresh and savoury, with crisp acidity, persistent fruity flavours, and a delicate almond-saline finish

• Serving Temperature: 10°C – 12°C
