Wine Specifications

• Vintage: 2022

• Grapes: 100% Merlot

• Alcohol Content: 13% Vol

• Harvest Period: Post first week of October, at full phenolic and technological maturity. Only the finest grapes are selected.

• Vinification:

  • Grape destemming

  • Skin contact with the must for 8 hours at 18°C

  • Must clarification via decantation

  • Fermentation of clear must at 16°C in stainless steel tanks

• Refinement & Storage:

  • 4 months in steel (including 1 month on fine lees)

  • Bottle refinement for approx. 10 days before release

  • Best stored at 12°–14°C in a cool environment

• Colour: Intense ruby red

• Bouquet: Cherry and plum with subtle spices and a hint of herbs

• Taste: Smooth and velvety with a persistent fruit-forward profile and delicate vanilla notes

• Serving Temperature: 16°C – 18°C
